The venue overall was a bad smell, though it had great staff and location. I liked the room with austrian twin beds, the bed was great.

Big and gorgeous hotel, I liked the location and staff. I was offered a delicious breakfast with many options. I had a such great time.

Certainly a very nice experience for short break in Bruges. In the bright room we booked there was a comfy bed and a large bathroom.

A pleasant hotel, we had a REALLY COMFORTABLE stay. Everything here was impressive, and the weather was warm, really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good hot - variety of meals - cheese, breads, meats, bakery and fresh fruit.

It made our trip to Bruges a very enjoyable short experience. Everything was fab, the hotel was cheerful. We liked continental breakfast and pool. The staff here was always attentive - outstanding service & great communication. Centrally located for us.

I liked that hotel's reception was good. Had soundproof room with lovely view and Austrian twin beds and coffee for an excellent stay. Breads, meats, bakery, cheese and fresh fruit were appetising and overall there was plenty of food. Staff were incredible and setting is in 15 minutes' walk to the downtown.

Centrally located and upscale hotel with very welcoming staff. Breakfast was fantastic and included slices of fresh bread, meats, cheese, bakery and fresh fruit. I stayed here before, always nice and exceptionally nice rooms. Good drinks at downstairs bar, excellent service. A stylish building in the middle of Bruges.

A sublime hotel in a BRILLIANT location with pretty friendly staff. We loved the convenience of the comfort double room, as well as central heating, a safe box and a writing desk. Did n't expect to get wake up calls for nothing, you guys rock.
